    status due to close cooperation with the Planning Department - 

    Conversion of an existing rear Garage of 31 metre square to One-bedroom Townhouse consisting of the Dining room, open plan kitchen with a fire door, and rear patio at the ground floor, One double bedroom, and toilet/bathroom with disability access on the first floor.

  2. Vale Road, Portslade, Hove, (2014) BH2014/03455, Large mixed property of Commercial and Residential Units, Approved and Constructed: Change of use from a shop (A1), office (B1) and storage (B8) to a Community Centre (D1) with Men prayer hall, Women prayer hall, Kitchen, Kids soft play area and library at the ground floor, One-bedroom flat, three Two-bedroom flats (C3) with associated works including alterations to fenestration at the first floor, and a Two-bedroom flat at the second floor. Provided with seven private parking spaces and one disabled parking space and external and internal bicycle parking.
  3. Longhurst Road, Crowley, (2014) CR/2014/0665/192, Approved and Constructed: Convert an existing garage to a guest room.
  4. Dyke Road, Hove, East Sussex, (2015) BH2015/04270, Approved and Constructed: Enlargement of the existing garage from 25 metre square to 45.6 metre square.
  5. New Church Road, Hove, East Sussex, (2015) BH2015/03066, Approved: Demolition of existing garage 64 metre square and granny annex and erection of two storey three-bedroom chalet bungalow, Sitting room, Double Bedroom, Kitchen, under staircase toilet and a patio at the ground floor. Double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, with parking space and small garden.
  6. George V Avenue, Lancing (2015), lawful development certificate (LDC) under permitted development scheme, Approved and Constructed: Conversion of an existing garage to one double habitable bedroom.
  7. George V Avenue, Lancing (2016) AWDM/0330/16, Approved and Constructed: permitted development for prior approval for single-storey extension to rear of property measuring 4.3m from the rear wall of the original house, maximum height 3.59m and height of eaves of the extension 2.98m,

Steyning Avenue, Hove, (2016) BH2016/05765, Approved and Constructed: Prior approval for the erection of a single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 6.0m for which the maximum height would be 3.355m, and for which the height of the eaves would be 2.999m.
  12. Midhurst Walk Hove, (March 2017), Approved and constructed: drop kerb and cross over for a private off-street parking space.

  14. Western Road Hove (2017) BH2017/03441, Approved and Constructed: Installation of replacement shopfront, change front door from 6 panels to four panels to ease the vision of passing by seeing the shop internally and to ease the light from getting into the shop as it is facing north.

Joined work with MARK HILLS Architectural Services.

  17. Derek Avenue Hove, (2018), BH2018/03206, Approved: Demolition of existing conservatory and the erection of single storey rear extension.
  18. Highdown, Southwick, Brighton West Sussex, (2018), AWDM/1693/18, Approved and Constructed: Single-storey rear extension replacing existing on the north elevation.

  21. Steyning Avenue, Hove, (2020), Construction Design & Project management: resolving the issues caused by a client’s builder who failed to finish the construction according to our design and left the property inhabitable. Resolving the issues with the Building Control Department and the civil engineer. All approved and habitable.
  22. Beeding Avenue, Hove, (2020), BH2020/02435, Approved: Prior approval for the erection of a single storey rear extension, which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 6.00m, for which the maximum height would be 3.40m, and for which the height of the eaves would be 2.99m.
